PranaDhara means "an abundant flow of psychic energy" and aims to enhance physical and mental well-being holistically. Ancient Vedic texts emphasize the importance of proper food, yoga, and a nature-focused lifestyle, practices followed by sages for generations. However, the influence of Western culture has disrupted these traditions, leading to an imbalance in health and well-being.
PranaDhara aims at inclusive rehabilitation, taking one's lifestyle backward to a healthier, happier one while taking into account the stress and vigours of modern day urban life. So what is PranaDhara? Is it Yoga? Is it dieting? Is it exercise? Well, Pranadhara offers a carefully worked out combination of health sciences that include Yoga, Diet, Reflexology, Naturopathy, Pranayama, Counseling and Meditation.
At Pranadhara we believe that every individual is very unique in several aspects. After a careful assessment of your problem a pragmatic solution is worked out which will be suitable to the individual and treatment and training is given over a period of time. At the end of the training the individual will derive the desired benefit and will also be able to carry out the regime at home with less dependence. Please call us for more details or for fixing an appointment.
